Ahead of the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, Russell Sage Studio was tasked with creating a Royal Suite for The Goring Hotel, suitable for the bride and entourage ahead of her wedding. From five existing bedrooms on the top floor, Russell’s team transformed the space into a unique and luxurious suite, comprising two bedrooms, two receptions, full of glamour and opulence. The studio also completed the restoration and refurbishment of the majority of the hotel’s bedrooms and suites, each one individually designed and featuring bespoke and antique pieces and hand-painted textiles.
