In its prime spot on at Shad Thames with incredible views of Tower Bridge, Russell Sage Studio completed a total renovation of this much-loved restaurant. As part of the brief, the studio redesigned what was a wine bar, transforming it into a luxurious and lively cocktail bar with lounge-style seating. Through to the main dining room and the space remains elegant, but is now more comfortable with new textiles and carpet, while an up-lit decanting bar, occupies the center of the room, offering a thrilling sense of theatre for diners. The wine vault, which sells fine wines, has also become another location for experiential dining.
