Set within the Sofitel St James hotel on Pall Mall, The Balcon restaurant was entirely restored and redesigned by Russell Sage Studio. The brief was to create an independent destination restaurant, which it has now successfully become, with its double-height ceilings, elegant sculptural lights, and handcrafted furnishings. The discreetly opulent and glamorous space offers 168 covers, a new lounge, cocktail bar, champagne terrace and charcuterie bar.
